Something like 80% of the North American population has the virus lying dormant in their body and due to viral shedding, it is possible to get the virus from someone even if they do not show symptoms. So aside from refraining from kissing and sharing glasses with anyone for your entire life, it is no way feasible or practical to attempt preventative practices. As such, this is a great article giving people a few ways to deal with the problem when it presents itself. Y ou should check and see if that is why you get yours, if that is so were lip protection. On the container it should say if it is 20sp or something like that!!!!
